Why does change feel so difficult?
Because you want to create change through the story you have built in your mind. By doing so, you are only changing the inner character — the ego.
Through direct experience, you become the observer of that ego, which allows change to arise spontaneously. That is my method.
The method
Exercises that naturally develop deeper self-observation.
This observation helps you recognise your conditioning and gradually loosen its hold. Jealousy, for example, may be shaped by experiences you have lived through or witnessed. Whatever the conditioning, the approach is the same: notice what is happening within you.
To support this attention, we care for the instrument that makes it possible: you. Suitable food and regular movement support your vitality and your capacity to observe.
The method rests on three pillars: nutrition, movement and observation exercises. The first two support the third, helping you find greater mental clarity.
Real change —
what is it?
Real change is when you no longer feel afraid and feel able to fulfil yourself through what matters to you. It means feeling free to be who you are, wherever you are and whoever is around you.
Your reading of life is no longer only done in your head. You no longer read the scenarios of thought: you are listening to what comes from within.
I say "what comes from within" because there is no specific word describing this experience, but when you live it, you will know what I am talking about.
Why the Experience
creates change?
Change starts when you observe what's happening Really. in you: your emotions, your reactions, your thoughts.
When you create the experience, you come out of thinking to become the observer.
The prison of
the idea of self.
Look at what comes back in each of these sentences: " I am. "
No matter what problem you think you have. No matter how flaw or fear you define yourself. The essential point is that you believe that you are the idea of yourself.
As soon as you get an idea of yourself and take it for what you are, you build the ego. You give it qualities, defects, a story to protect. Then you live inside this construction.
This building becomes a prison.
And no one can be happy in a prison.
My invitation is to see how this prison builds: to observe the ideas you hold on yourself, to recognize them as ideas, and to discover what's there when you stop locking yourself in a definition.
Find out how to explore itReal change —
what is it?
The real change, the one that is radical and reveals a whole other way of existence, is when you pass from state of thought to state of observation. You perceive the thoughts, ideas and scenarios that take place within you, without confusing yourself with them.
When a script occupies all space and you deeply believe what it tells, it becomes difficult to see it for what it is. You confuse yourself with it. Thought seems to be you, and what it tells seems to be reality.
As the scenario becomes less invasive, you can more easily perceive it: A thought appears, but you are no longer obliged to confuse yourself with it.
Lighten the script.
Through simple exercises, begin to loosen the grip of thoughts and automatisms. Find enough space to observe what is happening.
Perceive the thought.
Discover the thinker, the idea, the inner narrative. See the script unfolds and recognize thought as a thought, at the moment it appears.
Discover the release.
When you cease to confuse yourself with this scenario, a space can open up. It is this experience of relaxation, well-being and consciousness that I invite you to discover.
The experience begins when you see the thought, instead of taking yourself for it.

This book was born of my own questions: why so much seek to change, and yet repeat the same mechanisms? How can we find a life that is simpler, more conscious, more true?
" Do not seek to be perfect.
Just try to come back. "
From the eyes of others to responsibility, from inner agitation to action, its themes are here gateways to explore your own experience.

Coach of life · Author of Experience X
I have spent years looking for ways to change. Today, I invite you to discover the thinker and the scenarios that take place in you.
I wrote Experience X from this personal research: understanding a lot, accumulating answers, and yet feeling that something is not evolving in depth.
My accompaniment extends this work. We start from your experience and use the exercises to ease the grip of the scenarios. You learn to perceive thoughts, see how they build your idea of yourself and not to confuse you with them anymore.
My place: help you see for yourself, with simplicity, presence and respect of your choices.
A path at your own pace.
A first step together.
From your reality.
Talk about what brings you and what you would like to evolve. Check together if this approach fits you.
Understand what's going on.
Put words on your experiences, recognize habits and clarify the questions that matter to you.
Give room to practice.
Choose simple exercises, observe what they teach you and adjust the process according to your experience.

You reread your message before sending it.
franckachevalier@gmail.comA few questions,
Quite simply.
Should we have read the book before?
No. Readings are an entry point, but accompaniment is part of your experience. You can start with a theme that talks to you or the exercise of presence.
Is this therapy?
It is about life coaching and self-knowledge. This support does not pose a diagnosis and does not replace psychotherapy or medical follow-up. It respects your needs and limits.
Do I have to adopt a particular belief?
The invitation is to observe and experience for yourself. The words "presentity", "character" or "awakening" describe the approach of the book; you remain free in your way of understanding them.
How are the appointments and prices going?
The format, duration, availability and rate are specified directly during the first exchange, before any reservation. This site does not take any payment and does not automatically reserve a meeting.
What if an exercise makes me uncomfortable?
You can slow down or stop at any time. It is not necessary to force yourself, and a more intense discomfort is not proof of progress. Return to what surrounds you and talk about it with a trusted person or a suitable professional if you need it.
